Sound familiar?

You're training hard.
But something's still missing.

You're not a beginner. You're consistent. But you know there's a level you haven't unlocked yet and you can feel it every session.

You avoid cardio because you're convinced it'll kill your gains, so you never build the engine to match the physique you've worked so hard for.

You look great in the gym but gas out doing anything that demands real athletic output outside of it.

You're cutting calories or skipping meals to lose fat, but your energy tanks, your training suffers, and the results still don't come.

You've hit a plateau you can't train your way out of. Same weights, same body, different year.

You hop between programs every few weeks hoping the next one will be the one that finally works.

You've tried blending training styles before but ended up overtrained, under-recovered, and going backwards.

There's no one in your corner. No accountability, no one to adjust the plan when it stops working, and no idea what to change next.

The method

How the approach works.

Built around a simple principle: strength and conditioning aren't opposing forces. Programmed correctly, each one makes the other better.

01

Assess your baseline

We start with where you actually are, covering your training history, current programming, nutrition habits, and your specific goals.

02

Build your program

Strength and conditioning sessions are structured to work together, not compete. Cardio is introduced progressively so it never works against your muscle development.

03

Dial in your nutrition

Fuelling for muscle building, leanness, and athletic performance simultaneously requires more than generic macros. Your plan is built around your training output and your goals.

04

Fortnightly check-ins and adjustments

Every fortnight we review progress, adjust loads, and adapt the plan. You also have direct access to your coach for mid-week touch points so you're never left waiting if something comes up.

The coach

I coach the version
of me from 10 years ago.

Brett Gherardi

I've spent over a decade living and breathing fitness. I competed in powerlifting, stepped on multiple bodybuilding stages, and ran multiple marathons. I know what it feels like to be strong, to be lean, and to have real endurance. Utilising smart nutrition strategies alongside this also aided in building lean muscle mass, getting down to single digit body fat, and fuelling 3-4 hour endurance events.

Powerlifting built my peak strength but the sessions were long and boring. Bodybuilding built my physique, but my self-worth was tied to how I looked, which is not a healthy place to live. Then I started running and something clicked. I didn't have to choose. Aesthetic and athletic. That realisation changed everything.

The reason I coach goes deeper than just the programming. Growing up, I struggled with confidence and was in general a pretty anxious guy. I tried my best to hide it, but lacked confidence in myself and was hyper critical and over analysed everything about myself. Training and learning about nutrition didn't just build my physique, it built the version of me I always wanted to be.

With every person I work with, I aim to be that person that I needed 10 years ago. Someone to point you in the right direction, hold you accountable, help you overcome obstacles, be in your corner when you need it, and use fitness as a vehicle to improve yourself as a person and become the best version of who you're truly capable of becoming.

FAQ

Common questions
answered.

Do I need to be experienced in the gym for this? +
You don't need to be advanced, but this coaching works best for people who have at least some training history and are ready to take things seriously. If you've been lifting consistently for 6 months or more and want to build on that foundation properly, you're in the right place. Complete beginners are welcome too — the program will simply be built to match where you're starting from.
Do I need a cardio base, and will it kill my gains? +
No cardio base needed at all — most clients start as dedicated lifters who've avoided it entirely, and that's exactly who this is designed for. As for killing your gains: that's the number one fear and the number one myth. When cardio is programmed correctly alongside your strength work, it improves recovery, increases work capacity, and can actually accelerate muscle development. The key is intelligent programming, not just throwing runs on top of your lifting.
Is this online, in-person, or both? +
Both. Clients are coached locally and remotely. The program, check-ins, and level of attention are the same regardless of where you're based.
How long before I see results? +
Most clients notice improved conditioning and performance within 3-4 weeks. Visible physique changes follow at 8-12 weeks depending on your starting point and consistency. This is a sustainable transformation built to last.
What does the nutrition side actually look like? +
You'll get a personalised nutrition plan built around your goals, your training output, and your lifestyle — not a generic macro calculator. The approach is flexible and sustainable, not restrictive. You won't be starving yourself or cutting out entire food groups. The goal is to fuel performance and body composition at the same time.
I've tried other programs and coaches before. Why will this be different? +
Most programs are generic — written for the average person, not you. What makes this different is that everything is built specifically around your training history, your goals, and what has or hasn't worked before. Add fortnightly check-ins, direct access between sessions, and a coach who adjusts the plan as you progress, and you have something that actually evolves with you instead of staying static.
How much time do I need to commit each week? +
That depends on your goals and current schedule, and it's something we work out together before your program is built. Most clients train 4-5 days per week. The program is designed to fit your life, not the other way around.
How many spots are available? +
The coaching roster is deliberately kept small so every client gets real attention. Spots open on a rolling basis. If you're serious, apply now, not when the timing feels perfect.
What happens after I apply? +
Every application is personally reviewed and you'll hear back within 24 hours. If it's a good fit, we'll have a quick conversation to understand your goals and make sure you have everything you need to get started. No hard sell, no pressure.
